Trellis Usher-Mays, President/CEO of T.R. Ellis Group LLC, continues second year of term as Organizational Development expert on SHRM OD Panel
Atlanta, GA -- Dec 31, 2008 --

Each year the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the world's largest professional association devoted to human resources management, appoints practitioners to one of fourteen Special Expertise Panels to serve three year terms. These panels are comprised of Fortune-level HR practitioners, executives and experts from various industries who serve as thought and subject-matter experts on the HR Body of Knowledge. In 2007, Trellis Usher-Mays was invited to be a member of the Organizational Development Special Expertise Panel. In this capacity, Ms. Usher-Mays provide expertise on various issues, trends, and best practices for people and organizational challenges in today's workplace. She has also contributed to several research studies conducted by SHRM and has been interviewed by media outlets on behalf of SHRM.
