My name is Trellis Usher-Mays and I am the host of a live Internet broadcast show called “PeopleBuilders” on BlogTalkRadio. My show brings experts in the fields of learning and organizational performance “on air” to talk about the many challenges facing today’s workplace.
As an expert in the field of organizational learning, I have partnered and consulted with Fortune 500 companies to assess organizational capabilities and develop human capital strategies to meet their business objectives. PeopleBuilders brings to individuals and organizational leaders the latest in best practices, trends and research to improve organizational performance and maximize the value of human assets. The show airs live on Tuesdays at 12:00 PM EST and continues to grow its listener audience weekly. The PeopleBuilders podcast is also available for download on iTunes.
